Mirrors were made of polished bronze; when it was polished up, it was an excellent reflector.

"The Egyptians were very fastidious about facial and body hair, and strove to eliminate all but the hair on their heads. These handy tools include a small razor and a pair of tweezers, very efficient tools for a beautician."


The container to the far right, that looks like a lipstick case, is a kohl (eyeliner) container.

Beads made of polished decorative and semi-precious stones were a popular material for jewelry.
