A thought on Dark Cybertron #12

Given the events of Dark Cybertron #12, if IDW wanted to resurrect Shockwave at some point, they would be perfectly justified in ripping off the plot of the old Dr.Who episode, "City of Death", starring Shockwave as the Jaggeroth. Minus the sub-plot about stealing the Mona Lisa, of course. (Though that might be entertaining...)
