To quote from the plaque:
Puerco Pueblo stood one story high with two to three rows of connected rooms surrounding a central plaza. The village, inhabited from about A.D. 1250 to the late 1300s, housed a number of families. Referring to the map, Puerco Pueblo is right in the middle, on the main park road south of I-40 and the railroad.
( Of course there's pictures here! )
