Winchester Mystery House, part 2: Interior, public rooms

"Welcome to my parlor," said the spider to the fly... This installment includes pictures of the interior "public" areas, where Mrs. Winchester might have entertained visitors and friends, if she had any. The furniture is not necessarily the original; on Sarah Winchester's death, her daughter took the pieces she wanted, and sold the rest at auction. I'm not sure if what you see in the house are the pieces that have been recovered, or period furniture that gives you an idea what the originals would have looked like.
