More joy of editing...

That story I've been struggling to finish has calved off another ficlet. In trying to write an epilogue for Autobot Angels, I wrote a passage primarily about Starscream that did not belong in the story. Thus, it's now a ficlet of its own, Up from Oblivion.

Thus, to date, one plotbunny has spawned 3 linked stories about the dead of TFTM. That's one prolific bunny! And I haven't finished the original story yet!

• Autobot Angels (Prowl, Ironhide, Ratchet & co.)
• Up from Oblivion (Starscream, some TC & Skywarp)
• Decepticon Ghosts (TC & Skywarp, some Starscream)

I blame Dead End. He encouraged my morbid side. Although perhaps it really all goes back to Raditz of DBZ, who first taught me I could write dark fantasies bringing back characters I liked from their canonical graves. Or following them around after they got put into said graves. That's right, I'll blame it all on Goku's evil brother. Everyone else in DBZ does ;-) (Raditz insists that my present obsessions are Starscream's fault, and not his. My long-haired Saiyan does not like the 'loud-mouthed stupid troublemaker' either. He tends to punch Screamer everytime he passes by, and Screamer is getting tired of having the dents fixed.)

On the other hand, I'm getting to work out some characterization and events that will lead into Mechanonecromancer when I get around to writing it. Or rather, this is giving me ideas for additional plot elements to toss into said work.

I promise I'll actually post these someday. When I get them finished, and beta'd.
